Terms of Service

The operating rules for authorized use of Plant Pulse Pro.

Effective 18 July 2026

1. Agreement and service scope

These Terms govern access to and use of Plant Pulse Pro, including its plant operations, batch execution, reporting, administration, export and read-only AI features. A signed order form, subscription agreement or data processing agreement may add to these Terms. If those documents conflict, the signed document controls for that subject.

Plant Pulse Pro is an operating-record and decision-support service. It is not a distributed control system, safety instrumented system, emergency response service or substitute for qualified plant supervision and site procedures.

2. Accounts and authorized users

The customer is responsible for identifying authorized users, assigning appropriate plant and role scope, protecting login credentials and promptly removing access that is no longer required. Users must provide accurate account information and may not share an individual account.

  • Use the service only for the customer organization and scope assigned to the account.
  • Follow site safety rules, approval workflows and applicable law when acting on displayed information.
  • Notify Plant Pulse Pro promptly if credentials or an account may have been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

Users may not interfere with the service or use it to gain access beyond their authorization.

  • Do not probe, bypass or disable authentication, tenant isolation, rate limits or audit controls.
  • Do not upload malware, unlawfully obtained information or content that infringes another party's rights.
  • Do not reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Do not use read-only AI output as an automatic personnel, safety or production-control decision.

4. Customer data and operating decisions

The customer retains its rights in data submitted to the service. The customer authorizes Plant Pulse Pro and its service providers to host, process, transmit and display that data only as needed to provide, secure, support and improve the contracted service.

Customers remain responsible for master-data accuracy, user permissions, approval decisions, operating actions, exports and any system integrations. Displayed calculations depend on the completeness and accuracy of governed source records and configured standards.

5. Availability, changes and support

We work to keep the service available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance, provider outages, network conditions and emergency security work may affect availability. Material service changes will be communicated through the service or the customer's normal contact channel when reasonably practicable.

Support requests may be sent to hello@plantpulsepro.com. Any response or service-level commitment stated in a signed order form controls over general website information.

6. Fees, subscription and taxes

Fees, usage limits, subscription period, renewal and payment terms are stated in the applicable order form. Unless the order form states otherwise, fees exclude applicable taxes and are not refundable for a partially used subscription period.

7. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended to address a security risk, unlawful use, material breach or overdue undisputed payment. Where practical, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure. On termination, customer access ends and data is handled under the applicable agreement and the Data Processing page; legal, security and audit records may be retained where required.

8. Ownership and feedback

Plant Pulse Pro and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, documentation, branding and non-customer materials. No ownership transfers under these Terms. If a user provides product feedback, we may use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify the customer publicly without permission.

9. Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis and implied warranties are disclaimed. Plant Pulse Pro does not warrant that a calculation, suggestion or AI response will identify every operational issue. Users must verify source records and operating context before acting.

Any liability cap, excluded loss and remedy in a signed agreement controls. Where no signed agreement addresses liability, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes and applicable terms

We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal or security changes. The effective date will be updated and material changes will be notified when reasonably practicable. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Governing-law and dispute terms in a signed order form apply; otherwise applicable law determines those questions.

Questions about these documents can be sent to hello@plantpulsepro.com.
