Privacy Notice

1. Scope and roles

This notice explains how Plant Pulse Pro handles personal information for website visitors, account users, customer administrators and support contacts. For production records entered under a customer account, the customer normally decides why the information is processed and Plant Pulse Pro processes it to provide the service. The customer's own workforce privacy notice may also apply.

2. Information we handle

• Account and access data, such as name, work contact details, username, assigned role, company, site, plant and shift scope.
• Customer operating data, such as reactor states, batch and step records, delay reasons, comments, approvals, output and related audit history.
• Service and security data, such as session identifiers, device and browser details, request time, IP-derived security signals, failures and audit events.
• Support, demo and feedback communications that a user chooses to send.
• When a customer enables AI features, the bounded question, approved operating context, evidence references, provider status, feedback and audit metadata described in the tenant notice.

3. Why we use information

• Authenticate users and enforce customer, company, site, plant and role authorization.
• Run the contracted workflows, calculate server-side operating measures and provide customer-requested exports.
• Protect service integrity, investigate misuse, maintain audit evidence and troubleshoot faults.
• Provide support, administer subscriptions and communicate material service changes.
• Meet legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

4. Service providers and disclosure

We disclose information only as needed to operate the service, including to contracted hosting, database, monitoring, communication and support providers. An external AI provider receives bounded, permission-scoped context only when the customer has enabled that provider and a request requires it. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in a business transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality controls.

Plant Pulse Pro does not sell customer operating data and does not use it for targeted advertising.

5. Cookies and sessions

The service uses essential session and security technologies to sign users in, protect requests and remember necessary workspace state. These are used to provide the service, not to build advertising profiles. Browser or network settings that block essential session storage may prevent sign-in or operation.

6. Retention

Account and customer operating records are retained for the subscription and any agreed export, return or deletion period, subject to legal, security, backup and audit requirements. AI insight retention is customer-configurable within the limits shown in the service. Request-audit metadata may be retained separately from generated commentary. Deleting derived AI content does not delete authoritative production records.

7. Security and international processing

We use technical and organizational controls intended to protect confidentiality, integrity and availability. Details and deployment limitations are explained on the Security page. Service providers may process information in countries other than the user's location; contractual and other transfer safeguards are used where required by applicable law.

8. Choices and rights

Customer administrators can manage user scope and certain tenant settings. Depending on location, a person may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, or receive a portable copy. Requests concerning customer-controlled production records should first be sent to the relevant employer or customer administrator. Privacy questions can also be sent to hello@plantpulsepro.com; identity and authority may need to be verified before a request is completed.

9. Children and changes

Plant Pulse Pro is a business service and is not directed to children. We may update this notice to reflect service, legal or security changes. The effective date above identifies the current version, and material changes will be communicated when reasonably practicable.
